Events Within New York City’s Five Boroughs** A flat travel fee of **$250** applies to events located within the five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island\. **2\. Events Outside New York City’s Five Boroughs** For events located outside the five boroughs, a travel fee of **$1\.50 per mile, calculated one way**, will apply\. Mileage will be determined using the agreed\-upon driving route from the business’s designated departure location to the event venue\. **3\. Additional Travel Expenses** Additional expenses, including tolls, parking, or overnight accommodations, may apply when necessary\. Any additional charges will be communicated to the client in advance.

- VICTORIOUS REWARDS EVENTS Cancellation, Refund & Custom Order Policy 1. Nonrefundable Booking Fee A 30% booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is nonrefundable. 2. Customized Items and Special Orders All customized items and special orders must be paid for in full. Once an order has been placed, payment for these items is nonrefundable. 3. Event Cancellation and Refund Eligibility Clients who book services two months or more in advance may qualify for a 75% refund of eligible payments if they cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. The 30% nonrefundable booking fee and payments for customized items or special orders are excluded from the refundable amount. 4. Cancellation Notice All cancellations must be communicated directly to Victorious Rewards Events in writing. The date the written cancellation is received will determine whether the client meets the cancellation deadline. Thank you for choosing Victorious Rewards Events.
