It’s a way to give people something beautiful to interact with and remember, rather than just another event to attend.

What to expect
- 01We arrive and set up
Ideally, a clean workspace with tables for arranging flowers and enough room for guests to move around comfortably. I bring the flowers, tools, and materials needed for the experience, so the venue mainly provides the space and basic setup. Access to water and a nearby sink is helpful, but I can work with different layouts depending on the event.

- Depends — Yes. Travel within NYC is included in the base service area. Events outside NYC may incur an additional travel fee based on distance, transportation, and any lodging required.

- Cancellation
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to flower sourcing and preparation costs. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, with at least 7 days’ notice requested.
Good to know
I’m happy to work with clients to make the experience as accessible and comfortable as possible. Tables and seating can be adjusted to accommodate different needs, and guests can participate at their own pace. Please share any accessibility requirements in advance so I can coordinate the appropriate setup.
I’m not currently a fit for large weddings, full-service wedding florals, or events requiring extensive floral installations. My focus is on corporate events, brand activations, product launches, and intimate, floral experiences for businesses and their guests.
