Cancellation: Cancellation Policy * 30+ days before the event: Any payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded. * 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the total package price is non-refundable. Any amount paid above that will be refunded. * 14 days or less before the event: No refunds will be issued.
