Portraits in Residence is a modern portrait experience designed for events, gatherings, brands, and private spaces. Inspired by the idea of an artist in residence, each experience is shaped by the environment it enters. The location becomes part of the work. The people become part of the story. The mood of the day becomes part of the portrait.

·If the client wants a more experiential "set" we can collaborate with the event designer to execute a set experience that feels like an extension. of the event.

Customizable

Creating customized sets based on the clients needs. We would work directly with the event designer/florist/ or inhouse creative lead to brainstorm how to execute the final idea and bring it to life.

The details

Duration: Depends on event but usually a 2 hour minimum
Lead time: 48 Hours
Travel fee: Depends — Depends on the SOW
COI available: Yes
Cancellation: 25% Non-Refunable reservation fee secure the date. Full Payment due 48 hours before event. Cancellation in-between that time would forfeit the reservation fee + any expenses already incurred would be billed to the client.
