Duration: This varies by the experience. Happy to accommodate the length of the event
Lead time: At minimum 2 weeks. But the earlier you book the more customization/ branding is possible. Happy to accommodate last minute bookings as well though, but they will come with a rush fee.
Travel fee: Depends — No fixed number, based on distance.
COI available: Yes
Cancellation: Deposit (50%) is always non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due the week of the event. • Cancellation requires written notice. • After full payment, cancelling within 2 weeks of the event means the fee is non-refundable. You may offer a new date instead, subject to availability. You can extend this window to 1 month for events with custom-made or already-purchased items. • Cancellations inside that window still require the full balance to be paid. • Rescheduled events: changes to venue, theme or color scheme carry an additional fee. • Rush bookings (within 7 days of the event) require full payment up front, including the rush fee.
