The experience
Guests sit down for a quick mini facial or education that leaves their skin fresh, and they walk away with a couple of easy tips for their routine. I can also hand-letter names or messages with calligraphy on products so everyone takes home something personal, and bring in a massage therapist if you want a longer pamper option. Based on your vision we can build a full experience for your event.
- ·All treatment products and supplies, including cleansers, masks, tools, disposable headbands, and sanitation materials. I also bring table linens, a portable lamp, signage, and the calligraphy materials for lettering on products. If a massage therapist joins, they bring their own equipment.
- ·The space and power access listed above, plus a way to promote the experience to guests. If it's a brand event, the client supplies any products they want lettered or featured in the education session.
Yes. I can tailor the experience to a client's brand, including custom signage, a menu named for the event or company, and branded or color-matched setup details. For brands, I can build the skincare education around their products, and the calligraphy can feature their logo name, a campaign phrase, or guest names on gifts and packaging.
What to expect
- 01We arrive and set up
A quiet, well-lit corner or side room with one or two sturdy tables, two to three chairs, and access to a power outlet for a lamp or steamer. Please include a sink or restroom nearby for handwashing and water. For a mini facial station I need about 8 by 8 feet, and a little extra room if a massage therapist joins.
- 02The experience runs
Guests sit down for a quick mini facial or education that leaves their skin fresh, and they walk away with a couple of easy tips for their routine.
- 03Guests leave with the goods

The details
- Duration
- 1.5 to 3 hours
- Lead time
- 4 weeks. 6 to 8 weeks recommended for peak season
- Travel fee
- Yes — Events within NYC (including. Westchester and Yonkers) have no travel fee. For anything outside the city, I charge a flat fee of $50 to $100 depending on distance, plus tolls and parking if applicable. I'll confirm the exact amount in the quote once I know the venue.
- COI available
- Yes
- Cancellation
- Cancellations made 3 or more weeks before the event are fully refundable, minus a $100 deposit that holds the date. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the event forfeit the deposit, and within 7 days the client owes the full minimum spend, since by then time off is booked, supplies are ordered, and other bookings have been turned away. If I need to cancel, the client gets a full refund and I'll help find a replacement vendor.
Good to know
I ask clients to send a list of guest allergies and sensitivities at least 48 hours before the event, so I can plan products and ingredients around them. I'm familiar with the most common allergens and ingredient sensitivities, and I'll flag any product that could be a concern. Guests with known reactions can also opt out of a treatment or switch to a calligraphy keepsake instead.
Mini facials are done seated in a chair, so guests with limited mobility can join without lying down. Products have light scents and some are fragrance-free, and guests can ask for a gentler or touch-free option, like a skin consultation or calligraphy keepsake. I speak English and Spanish, and I can adjust the pace or skip any step a guest isn't comfortable with. Please let me know about specific needs ahead of time so I can plan around them.
I'm not the right fit for very loud or crowded venues, outdoor events without shade or cover, or events with no private or quiet corner for a station. I also can't serve groups over 40 without added staff within 4 weeks. Guests with active skin infections, open wounds, or severe reactions to skincare products should skip the facial and can join the calligraphy or education parts instead.
