Good to know

Dietary

Dietary Restrictions & Allergen Policy Personal Commitment & 100% Gluten-Free: As a business co-owned by someone with celiac disease, we take safety very seriously. Everything we produce is 100% gluten-free and entirely free of wheat, making our activations completely safe for guests with celiac disease, gluten sensitivities, and wheat allergies. Uncompromising Quality: We use only the finest, premium ingredients to ensure that our gluten-free offerings match—and exceed—traditional artisanal standards. Nut Allergies & Recipe Customization: Many of our signature recipes feature premium almond flour. If any guests have tree nut allergies, please let us know in advance so we can adjust our recipes and offer dedicated nut-free options. Clear Labeling & Customization: All items are individually packaged or clearly labeled with full ingredient transparency. We are also happy to accommodate additional dietary preferences, such as dairy-free or vegan options, during menu planning. Kitchen Environment Note: While we maintain strict kitchen protocols to prevent cross-contact, our products are crafted in a facility that handles dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. We encourage clients to disclose all severe guest allergies prior to finalizing their event order.

Accessibility

Our setup is fully adjustable, and we're happy to accommodate your venue and guests' needs. Whether it's adjusting table heights, refining layouts for mobility access, or providing custom menu displays, we are happy to adapt to ensure a seamless, accessible experience for everyone.

Heads up

We don't fit high-volume bulk caterers or self-serve banquet buffets, last-minute bookings with less than a 7–14-day lead time, or events seeking budget volume discounts below our $500 activation minimum. Additionally, while our workspace is strictly 100% gluten-free and wheat-free, we handle dairy, eggs, and tree nuts in our facility and cannot accommodate clients requiring a certified top-9 allergen-free environment.
