The experience
The Portrait Pop-Up is a fun, on-site portrait experience where we make it easy for people to relax, laugh, and feel comfortable in front of the camera. Each guest gets a quick, professionally directed photo session and walks away with 1-2 polished portrait they can actually use for LinkedIn, company bios, speaking profiles, and other professional needs. For companies, it creates a cohesive set of team imagery; for attendees, it gives them an image they love and the confidence that came from producing it.
- ·Create With Don brings the full mobile portrait studio to the space, including professional camera equipment, studio-quality lighting, light modifiers, stands, tethering equipment for on-site image review, and a portable backdrop system. The setup is designed to create polished, consistent portraits while staying compact enough to work efficiently inside an office, conference venue, or event space. Final retouched images are delivered within 7 days of the event.
- ·At least 48 hours before the reservation, clients provide instructions for building access and provide any venue-specific logistics such as security clearance. By booking the Portrait Pop-Up, you confirm we’ll have permission to conduct professional photography on the premises, including the use of flash. The client should also coordinate any participant permissions or releases required for the intended internal or external use of the photographs.
Clients can request branded backdrops or other brand elements that they would like to include in the portraits or on the set.
What to expect
- 01We arrive and set up
A clean space (approximately 8x10ft) for the portrait setup with a minimum 9ft ceiling and reliable standard outlet nearby. Elevator access for equipment. At least 48 hours before the reservation, clients provide instructions for building access and provide any venue-specific logistics such as security clearance. By booking the Portrait Pop-Up, you confirm we’ll have permission to conduct professional photography on the premises, including the use of flash.
